John ALEXANDER. (Note: Early colonial birth or immigrant). He was born circa 1610.

Clement SPILMAN. (Note: Early colonial birth or immigrant). He married Elizabeth JOSERAND. He was born circa 1610. He died in 1677 at Westmoreland, VA.

Andrew MUNRO was also known as Major Andrew MONROE. He was born circa 1625 at Katewell, Scotland. He immigrated before 1650; From Scotland to VA. He was Major circa 1650. He lived on 8 June 1650 at Northumberland, VA; Received 1st land grant in Northumberland Co. He married Elizabeth ALEXANDER, daughter of John ALEXANDER, circa 1652. He was Elected to the Vestry of Appomattox Parish. (Note: Through his son Andrew b 1661, Grandson Andrew b after 1695, Great Grandson Andrew Spence b 1721, James Monroe was born in 1758 in Westmoreland County VA. He served as President of US from 1817 to 1825). He died in 1668 at Westmoreland, VA.

Elizabeth ALEXANDER. (Note: Early colonial birth or immigrant). She was born circa 1630. She married Andrew MUNRO, son of David MUNRO and Mrs Agnes MUNRO, in 1665. She died after 1686.

Thomas BOWCOCK. (Note: Early colonial birth or immigrant). He was born circa 1640. He married Mrs Jane BOWCOCK circa 1669. He died in 1675.

Samuel DISHMAN. (Note: French Colonial Immigrant. Some databases name his father as Issac without having supporting sources). He was born in 1665 at Caen, Normandy, France. As of 1671, he was also known as Samuel DU CHEMIN. He married Mrs Cornelia DISHMAN circa 1690. He left a will on 15 November 1726 at Westmoreland, VA; I give & bequeath unto my Eldest Son, JOHN DISHMAN, all my lands in STAFFORD County.* I give to my Son, JAMES DISHMAN, all my Lands in KING GEORGE County. I give & bequeath unto my Son, JOHN DISHMAN, half ye lands belonging to me in the County of Westmoreland and the other half to my beloved Wife, CORNELIA DISHMAN, during her natural life & after her decease to my Son, JAMES DISHMAN. He died before 31 May 1727 at Westmoreland, VA.

Thomas WEEDON. (Note: English Colonial Immigrant). He was born circa 1670 at England. He died in 1709 at Westmoreland, VA.

George Washington SIMCOE was born in 1810 at KY. He married Eliza PAYNE on 11 May 1835 at Mason, KY; Mason is 50 miles up the Ohio river from Cincinnita and about 100 miles west of Charleston WV. As of circa 1838, he was also known as Rev. He married Fannie SUMMERSON circa 1840. He married Parthenia SPILMAN, daughter of Thomas Augustus SPILMAN and Kitty Lang GREER, on 22 April 1848 at King George, VA. He was Circuit Rider Minister for the Methodist Church. As a Circuit Minister he would not have been assigned a specific church, but would have made the circuit preaching at each church assigned to him in turn. The Methodist's New Kent Co. circuits included: Pamunkey, Tabernacle, Mt.Vernon, New Kent Chapel and Kelton after 1852 at New Kent, VA. He was ordained on 24 October 1852 at Methodist Episcopal Curch, Fredericksburg, VA; He was previously ordained a Deacon at the Methodist Conference in Kentucky in 1838. He died on 4 July 1867 at New Kent, VA.
