This is a 1925 picture of Lottie Parker
Gay, John Green Gay and their family. The girls from left
to right are Marion, Sara Foy, Elizabeth (behind Sara
Foy), Polly, and Margaret. The image is an old snap shot,
so the resolution is a bit blurry, but it is the best
we have found so far. Thanks to Elizabeth Gay Barker for

 The
home of Cornelius Parker (b. 1838) and Olivia Maddrey Parker
(b. 1841), as seen in a modern photograph. It was the boyhood
home of Lottie's father Nathan Parker (b. 1867). Lottie's Parents
had their wedding reception here in 1894. The family moved out
of this house in c1904. The house was the home of tenant farmers
until c1960. |
