I welcome the opportunity to look at your project and give you an estimate or bid for what I feel your project needs.

For Web Sites, I generally like to create an approved site outline which maps out the site structure and accounts for the number of individual pages. I would also need to get a general description of the style and complexity you are interested in. Sometimes it helps to enclose links to sites which you are most attracted to, so I can get an idea of your tastes. I can also generate a comp of a potential front page to give you a more complete estimate of what your site might look like. Generally I charge a small flat fee to create the comp, which can be rebated towards a fully realized site.

For Flash projects, I would need either a detailed description of a banner, graphic or image. For large presentation or animation projects, I would need a script or detailed outline to but together a cost estimate. Flash projects tend to be more involved, so I like to frame my bids in terms of a price range, to give you a high and low end approximation.

For Graphic projects, a detailed description of what your project entails will give me a sense of the expense involved in the creation of your material. Print estimates are for the design process only. Additional expenses will be incurred with the print process.
